Jona Villa (she/her) is a proud Filipino-Canadian actor, singer and creator based in Toronto. Her love for the arts started at a very young age. From her bedroom to backyard, any place was a stage to sing and perform. In 2021, Jona graduated from Humber College’s Theatre Performance Program. Her work as a creator and performer includes a dedicated advocacy for
increasing the number of roles and stories for minorities both on stage and screen. She is passionate about telling stories that are truthful, human, and joyous. Selected credits include: Ride the Cyclone (dir. L. Song); The Dream (dir. A. Karolyi) and Morning After (dir. K. Fiallos).
